The Zanzibar cuisine is a mixture of different culinary influences integrated in the Bellevue menu.
Our kitchen crew led by Chef Yussuf and Khamis will create for you a delicious taste experience inspired by Arabian, Portuguese, Indian, British and Chinese cuisine.

Breakfast
Always included in room rate.
Bellevue serves three types of breakfast; pancakes with honey, toast with eggs or yoghurt with granola. To make your breakfast complete you will get fresh fruit & juice and of course coffee from Tanzania. We use as much local products as possible; honey from the mangroves near Bellevue, homemade granola and jam
Lunch & Dinner
Daily we serve dishes made from fresh products delivered by our fisherman and other local suppliers. Our menu includes fish, meat and of course vegetarian dishes.
Let our kitchen crew surprise with dishes inspired by the rich Zanzibar food culture.
Beside the menu, special dishes can be ordered a day in advance: lobster, king prawns, Swahili dinner & seafood platter.
On a regular base we organize special food nights like ‘sushi night’ and ‘BBQ night’.
